Well, the semester is only a week old, but so far it's been pretty busy. And I have no doubt that it's going to get even busier. Classes started last Tuesday, I only had 1 class, History of Architecture II. There were only about 10 seats open when class began, and with over 1oo people in the class, it got pretty crowded. So we eventually got a new classroom with more seats. I think that Monday's and Wednesdays are going to get pretty stressful. I have a Nutrition class at 9 am which I like so far. But then I have to take a bus to NDSU's downtown campus, where I will be taking my 2 architecture classes. I got assigned quite a bit of homework so far, but it's only Monday and I'm almost done (my projects are due on Wednesday). I got assigned an isometric drawing with over 50 different objects, 5 object/ground drawings, and an assignment that required me to spend about 2 hours cutting black construction paper into 1"x1" squares (by the way, that's not much fun). I will be getting alot more projects over the semester so I guess I'll be looking forward to that.
I have managed to have some fun with all of this school work going on. I came back to school early because my boyfriend Alex was coming back early, and I hadn't seen him for over 2 1/2 months. Unfortunately, the day I got back I got the stomach flu so I couldn't really enjoy being back. But I got better pretty quickly, so I atleast enjoyed my weekend with Alex. This last weekend, I went to a hockey game. I hadn't gone to one for a long time so it was alot of fun. It was also pretty exciting because at the game I ran into a few of friends who I hadn't seen for a while. The hockey game was fun, we won 5-2! And the team is in first place!!!
Well, I guess that's all for now. Talk to y'all later! Have a great week!
