This is a picture of the Lake Point Tower in Chicago. It's a really cool apartment building! It's just kind of inspiring to me!

Anyways...I just got my schedule figured out for next semester and I'm pretty excited about it.

Monday and Wednesday
Design Fundamentals
Drawing/Environmental Designer

Tuesday and Thursday
History of Architecture II
Computer Applications for Engineers and Technologists

Friday
NO CLASSES!!!

I honestly enjoy not having classes on Fridays. This semester I only have 1 class on fridays, so it's not too bad, but it's still nice not to have to think too much! Plus I get a 3 day weekend every weekend!

I am only 4 credits away from being a senior, those summer classes really helped me. But just because I'm almost a senior does not mean that I am any further ahead than any one else in the architecture program. All of the classes are sequential and it takes 5 years no matter what so I'm stuck at the first year. After the first year, the architecture program is highly selective, meaning that I need to have pretty good grades to get in. I'm hoping that I can make it through this semester and the next and get into the program next fall mainly because I have no classes left to take and there aren't any classes I can take over agian to improve my grades. So I really hope things turn out great!
